For an organisation which got different branches, one of the main challenges in processing monthly payroll is person in charge for different branch need to process their own branch employees and are restricted to view or process other branches staff. There is a similar scenario, where a person in charge can only handle staff level payroll but another person in charge need to handle management level payroll.

In the first scenario, you may want to host your SQL Payroll System on cloud so that person in charge for different branches can access to SQL Payroll software from different location. The next step is to get the SQL Payroll Software View Module.

In SQL Payroll System View Module. You can separate employees by different branch or PROJECT. In this example, I separate employee to “Default” and “Penang” branch.

Then, you need to create a View Template-By Branch under Employee in Maintain DIY section. Assign this View Template to the person in charge for that branch. In the example I use Alice in charge of Penang Branch.

So, when I log in as ADMIN, I can view all employees’ info or process their payroll

In the other hand, when Alice log in, she can only view Penang Branch employees’ info or process Penang Branch employee salary.

In conclusion, by using SQL Payroll Software View Module, users can pe separate to handle different group of employees payroll matter.
