实际可以做什么？

- 估算退休后的住屋、生活、医疗及家庭开支。
- 按收入和支出能力安排储蓄，不要只与别人的余额比较。
- 定期复核目标，必要时寻求适合自身情况的财务规划建议。
雇主方面，应把正确计算及缴纳员工 EPF 作为薪资管理工作；个人退休目标与企业每月法定缴纳责任，是需要分别理解的事项。
English: What the EPF RIA figures mean
The RIA framework provides three retirement savings benchmarks: Basic, Adequate and Enhanced. Use them to assess savings needs, rather than treating them as a guaranteed pension or a salary entitlement.
The graphics show the full targets of RM390,000, RM650,000 and RM1.3 million. The Basic tier has a transition: the age-60 reference starts at RM270,000 in 2026 and rises by RM30,000 annually to RM390,000 in 2030. Always distinguish the relevant transition year from the full-target age table.
How to use the information
Review your contribution record, estimate retirement expenses and compare your savings with the appropriate benchmark. Housing, health costs, dependants and other resources affect individual needs. The illustrated monthly drawdowns are examples under EPF’s framework, not a promise that every member will receive those payments.
For employers, accurate payroll and contribution records support employees’ savings. The RIA planning benchmarks do not by themselves set a new payroll contribution rate.
