What is the difference between Basic and Professional?

Both packages include general ledger, customer and supplier accounts, sales, purchases, project and SST modules. Professional also includes the stock-control functions, Pro modules and additional sales/purchase reports listed above. Crossed-out features in the Basic column are not included in that package.

Do these prices include SST?

No. Basic is RM2,099 and Professional is RM3,599 before 8% SST. Ask for an itemised quotation showing tax and any additional modules or services you select.

What training and support are listed with these packages?

Both packages list one online software-training session of 2–3 hours and a one-year software warranty. The warranty lists software-version updates and unlimited calls and remote access during office hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–12:45pm and 2pm–6pm, subject to the Fair Use Policy. Document, report and system customisation are excluded.

What should I confirm before ordering?

Confirm the software edition, licence terms, number of users, selected modules and any recurring charges.
