Many business owners think:

“Once an E-Invoice is Validated, everything is locked already, right?”

Actually… not necessarily! 👀

If you’re using accounting software for your e-Invoice, this is something you should know!

After an E-Invoice is Validated:

❌ Not every field can be edited
❌ You can’t simply click Edit and change everything

But some information can still be adjusted, such as👇

👉 Remark 2
👉 Sales Invoice Title / Description

So, if you only need to adjust certain text or descriptions, it doesn’t necessarily mean the whole Validated E-Invoice is completely locked.

⚠️ But here’s the important part!

“Can be edited” ≠ “Everything can be changed.”

Especially when it comes to compulsory e-Invoice fields, the handling is different.

So when working with e-Invoices, don’t simply assume:

“Validated = Everything is locked!”

But at the same time, don’t assume:

“Can Edit = I can change anything!”
