这2022年最低薪金指令将从2022年5月1日起实行，与之前所得到的消息有些不同。
如期于5月1日开始实行的公司包括:
a)聘请超过5人的公司
b)在大马职业分类标准(MASCO)下被列为专业领域的雇主，是不计算聘请多少员工。

如果雇主所聘请员工少于5人，这项指令将从2023年1月1日实行。

The New Minimum Wages Order with effect from1st May 2022 is as follows. However the details is a bit different with the previous news that we get.

Company that will take effect from 1 May 2021, If your company is:

(a) an employer who employs five or more employees;

(b) regardless of the number of employees employed, an employer who carries out a professional activity classified under the Malaysia Standard Classification of Occupations (MASCO) as published officially by the Ministry of Human Resources.

For employer who employs less than five employees, the order will take effect from 1 January 2023.
