重点来了👇
✅ 本地员工（Malaysian）
可以自己决定要不要参加。
❌ 外籍员工
目前还是维持强制参加。
⚠️填写是否自愿参与时限：
2026年7月13号- 2026年8月31号
不想参加，员工可以申报豁免通知书
其实流程没有很复杂。
员工需根据我们的教学，一步一步完成PERKESO Lindung网站申报。
