Still unsure how to obtain official e-Invoices from Shopee?
Whenever you buy office supplies, laptops or stationery for company claims, bookkeeping & record keeping,
remember: downloading the basic Order Receipt alone is NOT enough!

Follow these correct steps below👇
📱 Step 1
Tap Me → My Purchases

📦 Step 2
Select orders with Completed status

🧾 Step 3
Enter Order Details page
Tap E-Invoice tab

📝 Step 4
Fill in your details for the first request:
✅ Full Name / Company Name
✅ IC Number / TIN (if applicable)
✅ Registered Email Address
✅ Full Residential/Business Address

📩 Step 5
Submit your request.
Once processed, a PDF copy of your official e-Invoice will be sent to your email, and you can also view it directly inside the order page.

⚠️ Important Reminders:
❗ Only Completed orders are eligible for e-Invoice requests
❗ Applications must be submitted by the 3rd day of the following month after order completion. No e-Invoice requests will be accepted past this deadline.

Many people mistakenly believe the Order Receipt works for official use.
But Receipt ≠ Official LHDN-compliant e-Invoice.
If you require documents for company reimbursement or formal bookkeeping,
always apply for the validated e-Invoice!
