Hey, don’t scroll yet! 👀
Did you know?
Malaysia currently has more than RM13 BILLION in Unclaimed Money (Wang Tak Dituntut)!💰
And the important part is—
Some of that money could actually belong to YOU! 😱
So, what kind of money can become Unclaimed Money?
For example:
🏦 Bank savings accounts that haven’t been used for a long time
💵 Fixed Deposits that have matured but were never claimed
📱 Deposits / refunds from TM, TNB, SYABAS, Maxis, etc.
💰 Other payments that have remained unclaimed for a long period
Simply put:
The money isn’t gone…
It may have simply become “Unclaimed Money”! 👀
And if a bank account has had no transactions for a certain period,
it may eventually be classified as WTD under the applicable rules.
So, how do you check if you have any?
Actually, it’s pretty simple! 👇
👉 Go to the official eGUMIS website
👉 Register / Log Masuk
👉 Enter your IC / identification details
👉 Click “Carian Wang Tak Dituntut”
👉 Check if there’s any record under your name!
⚠️ But take note!
Online searches are currently limited to 2 times per day.
If you actually find your name—
Don’t panic! 😂
The money doesn’t simply disappear.
If you meet the requirements, you can submit your claim through the official eGUMIS platform.
And JANM also reminds the public:
❌ You don’t need to hire an “agent”
❌ You don’t need to pay someone a processing fee
✅ You can check and submit your claim through the official channel yourself
So, why not spend a few minutes today checking?
“Do I have money somewhere that I completely forgot about?” 😂💰
You never know…
You might actually get a surprise! 🎉💰
Stay tuned for our next video, where we will guide you through the process of claiming unclaimed money.
