In order to make use of this module, all staff must have a register email address in SQL Payroll System. Staff need to download SQL eLeave Apps into their handphone from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
User can then log into the App using their own email address and OTP that send to their email during log in.
After log in to the app, click “Employee View”, click” Take a Leave”, choose the Date, Leave Type and write a short description about your leave, then click “Submit”, it will appear as Pending Leave, waiting for Manager to approve.
Once the manager approved, you will receive a notification and the status will become Approved.
You may also apply Time Leave. Click” Take a Leave”, Untick “All Day” option, choose the “Time From” and “Time To”, Leave Type and write a short description about your leave, then click “Submit”, it will appear as Pending Leave, waiting for Manager to approve.
You may check your Leave Balance by click on “Leave Balance”.
You may also check application status using daily mode or calendar mode.
When user click on Payroll Info, he will be able to get hold of all details in his payslip. He may check previous month payroll info by click on “Monthly Payroll”.
User can apply work extra(OT) as Leave replacement, do as normal and just Tick “Claim OT as Leave”.
As for leave approval from Manager point of View, you will receive notification if any staff apply for leave. You may click on the notification and Approve or Reject the Leave.
Manager can have multiple extra function, such as Overview, Leave Status for all applications, Leave Balance for every staff, Apply leave on behalf of a staff or use calendar to check event on selected day.
